Product Description
The carbon content of the 316L stainless steel sheet is 0.03%, and its properties are similar to that of the 316 stainless steel sheet, except that it is an ultra-low carbon version. 316L stainless steel has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion after stress relieving or welding. 316L stainless steel becomes sensitive when exposed to operating temperatures of 800℉-1650℉. When the service conditions require improved corrosion resistance, annealing is not feasible, and thicker parts need to be welded, 316L stainless steel is superior to 316 stainless steel and has good wear resistance.
